What is the VA funding fee, and do I have to pay it?
It’s a one-time fee that helps sustain the VA loan program, and the amount depends on your down payment and whether you’ve used your VA benefit before. Veterans with a service-connected disability rating are often exempt entirely — worth confirming before you assume you owe it.
Can I use my VA loan again if I’ve already bought a home with it?
